The BJB ZB 18 base plate according to Zhaga Book 18 is designed to accommodate sensor and communication modules in luminaires and is used in combination with the 47.121.U30x.-0 connection receptacles. It enables the standards-compliant integration of intelligent control and sensor modules.
The top side features coding elements, support surfaces and solder tabs for the direct mounting of the electronic circuit board. In combination with the covers 47.921.E801-0 or 47.921.E802-0, the assembly achieves protection class IP66. An integrated anti-rotation feature ensures secure positioning during installation. Encapsulated contacts and an integrated pressure equalization element (vent) support sealing performance, reduce condensation formation and enhance long-term reliability.
The underside is equipped with a bayonet locking mechanism and electrical contacts. The Twist-&-Lock fastening system enables mechanical fixation and electrical connection in a single installation step.
