From sprue back to production!
Processing directly in our own factory
At BJB, sprues from the injection moulding process get their next use directly in our own factory. They are fed into our grinding machines from below, conveyed upwards and then ground. The resulting regrind is mixed with virgin material and returned to production.
100% reuse of our regrind
We reuse 100% of the regrind we generate, using material from our process to manufacture further components.
Individually adjusted regrind content
The proportion of regrind added is individually adjusted according to the component, applicable requirements and customer preferences. All required product properties, applicable guidelines and customer specifications are met.
