BJB optics for ideal light control, light distribution or reduction of glare, ideally tailored to customised desires and ideas. Furthermore, when developing the comprehensive range of optical systems, particular attention was paid to simplicity, e.g. when it comes to fastening using latching elements or our P2F fastening elements instead of screws.

Mounting faster than ever before with BJB OptiLine 1-click optics.
With the OptiLine optics, we present a new generation of single-row optics which can be mounted quicker than ever before: thanks to innovative 1-click fastening which connects the optic and LED module in a single working step, without the need for tools. Centring pins and spacers position and secure the printed circuit board on the light panel or aluminium profile, the end caps on the left and right provide a neat closure.
These new optics are available in two variants. The pitch-specific OptiLine Performance optics of the 35.324 series make for particularly low glare, the universal-pitch OptiLine Flex optics of the 35.301 series make for maximum flexibility when it comes to light control and module selection.

OptiLine Louvre – the dark side of light.
The low-glare LED darklight louvre optic for the highest demands. The new OptiLine Louvre system comprises lens optics and the respective louvres. Thanks to the low UGR value, these optics, which are available in a medium and wide version, are particularly suitable for all applications which require optimum lighting and minimum glare. The OptiLine Louvre System is engineered for use both in light panels and in aluminium profiles, and thus provides a high level of flexibility when it comes to lamp construction.

OPTILINE 3x11 OPTICS.
3x11 optics are often used for light strip systems for use in linear or planar lights in the shop, office and industrial areas. Various light distribution variants are available ex works. Our OptiLine 3x11 optics are available with pre-installed P2F 28.905 optic, making it possible to mount the printed circuit board and optic in a single working step.

OPTILINE SLIM 20 bzw. 24 mm LED-SYSTEM.
Linear lamps which are based on 20 or 24 mm printed circuit boards can be configured with our extruded optics, which are just short of 8 mm in height. The appropriate holders make for quick and straightforward mounting – additional light control elements are not necessary. Alongside the standard lengths of 560 and 1,120 mm (dimensions of the conventional fluorescent lamps) with various emission angles, other lengths are possible. Single and double asymmetrical variants are also available.

OPTILINE SLIM 14 mm LED-SYSTEM.
With the OptiLine Slim 14 mm LED system, comprising optic holders, push-to-fix fastening elements and a PMMA diffuser, you convert linear or planar lamps which were originally operated with T5 fluorescent tubes, into modern LED applications with just a few adjustments in conjunction with a 14mm LED PCB. The system is particularly suitable for linear or planar lamps with mirror louvre which were originally fitted with 3 or 4 lamps and are used in the shop, office and hospitality area
